Latitude e 6420 cellular connection
i want to know if this machine (Dell Latitude E 6420) comes with an installed WWAN card so that i can use a cellular SIM card, my machine has a SIM card slot. My machine has running on windows 10 and want to know the process on how to download and install the drivers so that i can use a cellular SIM card.

No, not unless you ordered the system that way - and even then, as the system is ten years old, it's very possible that whatever card it would have had may no longer work, as the 3G card from that time is supported by fewer and fewer service providers.
And even if your provider supports a 3G card, you will likely find Dell does not have Windows 10 drivers for a system this old.
The practical solution is a USB 2.0 wwan adapter supported by your service provider.
